This was a game changer. Makes it so much more comfortable to hold and play the switch.

I purchased this as a gift and they have been using them consistently for a month now. Their grip is more comfortable and they have recommended it to friends because it felt much better. I would highly recommend this to anyone who has trouble with the ergonomics on the joycons.

I think this controller attachment delivers on its basic promise: a full controller setup for your Switch in handheld mode. Its well made, and the analog sticks are buttery smooth. My main complaints: no rumble, no home button to wake the system, the grip patterning is not the most comfortable (though effective), and my biggest complaint is that the rear paddle buttons they have added are extremely awkward and uncomfortable, as they sit exactly where your ring and middle fingers want to rest/hold the grip most firmly.

Bought this as a Christmas gift. They love it so much and iluse it evert day. They say it ft makes the switch feel better in the hands.

The Hori Split Pad Pro is an amazing product, for a pretty specific person. If you: -Have large hands -Play your Switch in portable mode a lot -Do not care about the lack of rumble or motion control -Are tired of joystick drift on the original Joy-Cons This is just the thing for you. Amazing build quality and truly feels like a normal controller in your hands. Just make sure you read the product overview so you know what it is and isn't.

Amazing! Makes playing handheld so much better than with just the joycons

Its simple. Are you old like me and have normal sized hands unlike the hand size of a child that nintendo thinks their joycons should only be made for? Then these are for you.

Love tge design of these grips having adult hands and trying to play on the SWITCH with the small joycons is painful. These help out tremendously.

I find these controllers much more comfortable to use for handheld mode games that require a lot of fast inputs and precision. The only con besides not having full functionality that the first party controllers have (amiibo reader etc) is that the controllers are very big and look rather silly when docked.

Big enough for adults to use the hand held really easy. Does make it a bit awkward sometimes because it is bigger, so it takes some time to get use too.

Works good better than the more expensive ones the originals that comes with it

I have larger hands, and wqs having issues with hand discomfort with the stock joycons in handheld mode. Swapped out for this, and it's been a huge improvement foe my grip.

It’s a great pick up but get the one with the middle piece. Yes it’s more expensive but it’s worth it I made the sad mistake and don’t do that and RIP trying to find it

Normal joy cons make my hands cramp up. These solve the problem and also give much more accuracy with the larger thumbsticks. Love them!

Even though they are powered by the console, these paddles are great for people with bigger hands. My only complaint is that you can't start the system with the home button, which makes sense seeing as they don't get power until the system is on.

excellent for handheld gaming! this doesn't have batteries or bluetooth and will only work in handheld. this is a must for longer gaming sessions as the joycons cramp my hands. this is basically a pro controller cut in half down the middle for your switch. easy purchase.

Easier to hold onto switch longer periods of time. No vibration or any special parts. Just switch out joycons and put in place.
