I got this because my hands are too big for the joy-con controllers that come with the switch so I wasn’t able to play for more than about 20 minutes before my thumbs would get sore. This controller alleviates that problem and I don’t mind not having the rumble feature.

I find these controllers much more comfortable to use for handheld mode games that require a lot of fast inputs and precision. The only con besides not having full functionality that the first party controllers have (amiibo reader etc) is that the controllers are very big and look rather silly when docked.

Easy and fast setup. Would recommend for older kids or adults, might be too big for younger kids or kids with smaller hands.

Pro's and cons. Very large, pro A little flimsy, con No wireless capability. If you only use handheld mode and have no desire to travel with the controllers attached. I recommend it. Great feel, just needs wireless. Also I returned this item after using them for around an hour.

I would provide 5 starts because i very much enjoy the feel and quality. Cons: little hot key button under cant be mapped. Not vibration compatible

Once you used these you will not want to play with the regular joy cons. There are other 3rd party that offer wireless but they just don’t feel the same and buttons feel great too. Suggest a carrying case that can found online also.

Even though they are powered by the console, these paddles are great for people with bigger hands. My only complaint is that you can't start the system with the home button, which makes sense seeing as they don't get power until the system is on.

Good quality. Feels comfortable in your hands. I was unaware that the controllers have no battery/ own power, if they aren’t attached to the switch it doesn’t work

Was great till my son dropped it and the controller broke off inside the switch. He loves the Xbox type controller feel

A good alternative to using joycons in handheld mode and they don’t drift. They work good and are comfortable. They only work for handheld mode they don’t work wirelessly when your switch is connected to the TV.

Product was exactly as advertised. Product far exceeded my expectations and would definitely recommend to a friend. 

This is great! It is much easier to handle with big ol' adult hands! Makes gaming easier for this old gal.

My 16 year old loves it. He says is works better and is more comfortable than the original controllers that came with the device.

The switch fits so much better in my hands with these. It’s responsive and snappy, haven’t experienced sny issues

excellent for handheld gaming! this doesn't have batteries or bluetooth and will only work in handheld. this is a must for longer gaming sessions as the joycons cramp my hands. this is basically a pro controller cut in half down the middle for your switch. easy purchase.

It’s perfect! I really enjoy the feel and it’s doesn’t feel cheap. Much more durable than the standard switch joycons.
