Terrible treatment of collectors item

Sold out collectors item not boxed at all when shipped. Outside of box extremely damaged. Statue inside has broken piece ....so much money just to be destroyed and how can i get a replacement on a sold out item.

Game and other things MISSING.

Last but not least, there was NO game (or pre-order bonus) codes. I assume they were in the Steel Case before it was either taken or not packaged.

It takes a step back on modifying your gear compared to Horizon Zero Dawn 5 stars. Graphics are fantastic and I love that it plays short clips like GOW and Zero Dawn. This is why I purchased the PS5, for this kind of adventure. This is great and it will hold you down hopefully until GOW comes out. Play it.
