At first it seemed interesting but then the rest of it was just running around

This videogame is too pc for me so I won't buy others sagas of this one

This is a great game, first and foremost, a must play. Super in depth and emotional, the graphics are amazing. The complete edition gives you the DLC and a couple extra weapons/outfit choices. I traded in my original copy of H0D and paid less overall for the complete edition than the frozen wilds DLC alone with the gamers club unlocked discount (which is so worth the $30 for two years, 20 percent off new games). But I digress. If you haven't picked up a copy yet, what are you waiting for? This will keep you entertained and challenged for days. (No free product or discounts were given in exchange for a review)

It can be fun at times. I have other games though.

I had heard great things about it last year and 1 year later i decided to give it a go. As soon as i booted up the game i could appreciate how beautiful the world was and top notch the controls felt. The story was really good and the voice acting always gave me a sense of how the players were feeling. After playing BOTW the world did feel closed and not being able to jump over a small cliff or falling to my doom diidn't feel great. I can still recommend this game for anyone.

The story is very boring. It's confusing on what to do. Directions are unclear. I recommend buying another game.

A true open-world experience without any micro-transaction, convoluted player progression nonsense. Graphics are phenomenal, with facial animation of particular note as the superb voice acting works in tandem. Gameplay may be repetitive but the variety of ways in which there are to handle enemies and situations along with the amount of weapons and skills unlocked through natural progression makes each experience a unique challenge. The on-disc DLC, The Frozen Wilds, and extra digital goodies like a PS4 theme and artbook are nice additions when purchasing this edition. A great deal for an even better game!

I did a lot of research trying to find a game that had an open world concept where I could explore rather than be driven from one story point to the next. This game gives so many options and the ability to explore. The graphics are very good and the overall story has a nice build. I beat the game on normal without too much difficulty. I also like that there is a New Game + mode where certain things are carried forward when playing at a higher difficulty. Would highly recommend this game. Also, really nice to see a female protagonist.

Amazing game! As someone who is into tech, this really hits close to home

The other reviews are spot-on, this game is a masterpiece. My favorite was hearing the steps of a tall neck in the distance and then stopping to find it, with it's saucer shaped head easily spotted poking out above the scenery far away. The machines are beautiful and unique, requiring different strategies for taking them down. I enjoyed stealthily taking down some bandit camps, but then also walking through the front door slinging arrows for others. You can choose to take this same approach in getting across the landscape; do you sneak by the machines by studying their path and avoiding detection? Or, do you fight them? What about laying out a maze of traps and using yourself as a lure to pull them in to your labyrinth? It's your choice and it's always satisfying when you pull it off.

I'm so happy to order this game for 20 bucks because it's on sale! Look similar to Zelda, Tomb Raider and Skyrim. I love it and it's great game! Much better than original Horizon Zero Dawn don't have complete edition, I glad to skip original don't have extra add on. :-) Other game are Dragon Quest 11 and Dragon Quest Builders 2 will come out soon for PS4 and I can't wait to buy them on sale for physical copy of disc version instead of digital version. I always avoid digital version. When internet broke down happen in near future then I don't have to worry about it. I'm happy with all physical games on every disc are best ever for me to get right and play them without waiting longer download time. Digital is not important to me. But Physical is more very important to me. :-)

I wish there were more PS4 single player exclusives like this one. Very immersive world, great graphics, top notch story telling.

This story is amazing and the gameplay is very fluid for a game of it’s type

I've been looking for a long-term play game since World of Warcraft died out and was pleasantly surprised by Horizon Zero Dawn. The gameplay world is incredibly detailed with excellent graphics. There are tons of sub-plots, adventures, and tasks to keep the story moving, and immense detail was spent on small items to find and discover while building knowledge and inventory.

I put over 100 hours into this game. The DLC alone, adds about ten hours of gameplay. It is one of the very few games I've completed, and I have not deleted it from my console, because I want to complete every side quest. I have so much fun killing these machine animals!
