I've always been a fan of the freedom of open-world action games, and Horizon is another top-notch game in that genre. Combat is especially satisfying even though in can be a struggle.

This has to be one of the best PS4 games ever! I'm usually not a big fan of open world games but this takes the cake. I was always entertained through out the whole story line and plus the new DLC which is included. For sure get this at a great price.

This game is truly overrated. The graphics for the environment are stunning, yes. The time flow--sunrise to sunset--is beautifully done. The rendering, shading and textures are all amazing. But that's really it. The characters are largely forgettable, and the animation used on them is inferior to that of the landscape. Although they LOOK okay, once they start talking, the realism is gone. The eyes are expressionless, emotionless. The characters themselves are difficult to bond with; their personalities have little depth or feeling. As Aloy, you become little more than an errand girl, getting called upon to find beads, hunt meat and talk to elders. You get sidetracked by these errands to the point that the lackluster plot and main quests get lost in the shuffle. I wonder if that was deliberate. Quests have to be activated, too, or you forget them. Game's got a bit of a learning curve, too. This is an okay title if you're looking for something with an openworld mmorpg feel, but if you want a truly story-driven game, various environments to explore and intense bosses fueling continuous action, this isn't the game for you. For those of us who like to immerse ourselves in the storyline while stylishly kicking some serious pixelated butt, this game is pretty much just pretty to look at. Replaying? Only if you've exhausted the rest of your game library.

A great action game. Aloy is a lovable character. I had a great time playing this and the DLC is fantastic.

and this one , Ive ALWAYS come back. I've replayed games like different era versions of Assassins Creed or Borderlands and Horizon Zero Dawn. This game has a fresh replay value every time. I thoroughly enjoy different aspects / gameplay / running plots all throughout HZD. If you can pick this up , then I highly recommend it.

Absolutely stunning graphics. Seriously, this game looks amazing. Once I started to progress through the game though, things started to get repetitive - the open wold encounters are copy and pasted from one location to another.

I just started playing this game but I am enjoying it so far. The story and graphics are good.
