Horizon is what games should strive to be. Awesome atmosphere, good gameplay and immersive story. Worth the investment

Great story, good gameplay, great use of PS4 Pro. Only problem is lack of DLC, although that might be announced later.

This will undoubtedly be in the running for game of the year! Visually appealing and the story and gameplay are great.

Not much to say besides the game is great. Combat is great, story is great, exploration is great. Everything is great.

So far this game reminds me of Uncharted, Fallout 4, the Witcher 3 and Red Dead Redemption. These are all good things!

This game strides from usual games of this time. Though it doesn't have any multiplayer or online features. It has superb and engrossing single player campaign, that is beyond any other experience.

I had picked this game up and was waiting to finish another game before starting Horizon Zero Dawn. I talked to a couple of friends and some employees at Best Buy that said this game was great. I was hooked right away once I started playing. The story really pulls you into Aloy's journey. I feel like i got my money's worth for this game. Between the main quest and side quests there is a lot to do. I would recommend picking this game up if you have a PS4. You won't regret it.

Well, I heard all the good reviews and comparisons to Legend of Zelda: Breath of the Wild, so when I finished Zelda, I bought this. I'd say the comparisons are apt. It's a vast map, there's lots to discover, there's interesting folks to chat with some of whom offer quests (fights, fetch errands, tracking, etc). There's only two main types of bad guy (tech or human), but I suppose the tech types do have pretty varied weapon and attack styles. However, what is with all the hand-holding? Zelda had me SO excited to explore every last inch of the map. Horizon handed me maps to all the collectibles about 3 steps (ok ok 300 steps) outside the initial (tutorial) area. Then they also highlight every quest giver immediately upon entering an area, negating the need to talk to random people. So, I'm still excited to discover the story line despite these faults, but I do wish the dev's hadn't put giant blinking lights on every last item of interest.

Fantastic game! Gorilla created an amazing world which you immediately get pulled into. Great gameplay, great depth.
