I love that Horizon Zero Dawn has a great game play along with a great story.

If you love story games with an open world feel then this is the game for you

The sheer amount of graphic fidelity and expansive world is a joy to explore.

The story line is pretty decent and the graphics are good. My son loves it.

This game mixes what you like about lots of other games: Uncharted, Farcry, Tomb Raider... there's even a detective mode-like function similar to the Arkham Batman games. And you do it all while fighting herds of robot animals/dinosaurs. What's NOT to love? This has seriously been one of the most enjoyable game experiences I have ever had and I'll be sad when the credits roll.

If like me you can only play a few 1 or 2 games a year, you have to be very picky. You owe yourself to put this game in the shortlist. The universe and story are captivating, you just want to progress. If in addition you have an HDR TV, you are in for a visual ride like no others. I played "only" on a PS4 slim. I cannot fathom what they could have achieved on PC. Go for it.

If you are an owner of a PS4, this is a must-have game to add to your collection. It's an experience that no other game even comes close to delivering. Fun, unique mechanical enemies and a creative combat system that has you knocking off part and weapons from the beast's armor and using those components against them. Did I mention that these are the best graphics on any console?

I love this game. Remember to use all of the tools as you open them up, it makes it super fun. Slow down time, blast weapons and things off of enemies. Use said weapons against enemies you just blasted it off of, lol. I played through this and immediately bought the DLC. At this point, just by the complete edition, it's definitely worth it.

This game is beautiful. If you like open world I suggest you get this game.

The graphics are stunning, the story is very good. I am loving this game.

First off, I will acknowledge that this is a good game. Visuals are amazing, the game tech is topnotch, and the story is somewhat interesting. Unfortunately the game was released the same week as Zelda Breath of the Wild, which I also picked up. After going back and forth between the two games, putting 10+ hours into each, I struggled with motivation in returning to the Horizon world. What it lacks is the sense of exploration. Yes it is an open world, but I found there were limitations on traversing the map. Climbing up mountains have dedicated paths and there appears to be no reward or joy with exploring. The very reason I love open world games is for the exploration away from the mission based path and this game lacks that.......in my opinion;)
