Gorgeous open world, tight controls, fun gameplay, compelling story, and nice upgrades for PS4 Pro owners.

This game is terrific. Beautiful graphics, good story to it, a mix of characters with very little repetition or redundancy to them. Many things to do, I have experienced no glitches right out of the box! Can't say that for any other game in a long time. I play on the difficulty level just below the hardest one and it requires some strategy to take down some of the harder enemies like glinthawks, hate those things! But man, I really love this game.

Really unique and awesome setting which offers a huge and interesting world to explore, and while the quests themselves aren't anything special, the combat will hook you hard, especially once the map opens up. Just running through the game's wildlands learning the tendencies of each of the robot dinosaurs and developing tactics to take each down while leveling up and crafting your gear is tremendously addictive. Can't recommend this enough.

I would recommend this to anyone who liked Farcry games, as the inventory system is very similar. Anyone who liked Shadow of Mordor, as the open world combat is very similar and fluid. Anyone who liked The Witcher 3 and Skyrim, as the graphics in this game are some of the best you can get on the PS4. While the game isn't incredibly unique in terms of gameplay, it makes up for that with its engaging story, beautiful visuals, and fun combat.

This game is stunning visually and a blast to play. There are very creative beasts to fight and some interesting ways to fight them. There is a big story line with quite a few video clips in the beginning, and they ease you into how to play the game pretty well, even for a new player. There are plenty of quests, ruins to explore, weapons to obtain and to modify as well as looting, crafting and trading in this game. 5 stars, great fun!

I must say I love open world games though at time they may get tedious. Horizon Zero Dawn is an exception. The action, story and character are interesting. The game looks great on my 4k TV. I wish I had the PS4 Pro but oh well. I highly recommend this game it is great. I wish I had more time to play but when I do it's hard to put the controller down.

Incredible game. The story and the graphics are incredible. Two of my non-gaming friends would actually come over and watch me play because they were so invested in the story.

The visuals in this game are amazing! The world is vast and there are a ton of things to do. The story is interesting. Great concept. You will not regret playing this game

This is a great game that may be one of the best of 2017, great game play and controls. If you got the time there's plenty to use up with this game, a must buy for PS4 owners.

An absolutely gorgeous (played on PS4 Pro) open-world game that's a little light on the story (compared to, say, Witcher 3) but heavy on the action and the visuals. Wonderful.

This game is everything that The Witcher 3 was supposed to be... amazing graphics exciting combat and lots of story! I personally am only doing the main quests but there are lots of side quests and they actually encourage you to do them... if I had more time to play the game I would do them all ... if you like Skyrim and Tomb Raider then you are going to love this game because it is a combination of both of them.. BUY IT!

I would rather not compare. Instead, Horizon Zero Dawn is a masterpiece from Guerilla that is well worth your time. There is plenty of action rolled into a good story.

Wow the game is so immersive! Horizon Zero Dawn has been such a fun game to play so far. Great story line and awesome graphics. Play it to see what I'm talking about.

I played this game to death. The world they built is so rich and unique, and the story is really engrossing.This is definitely one of my favorite games in a long time.

If it wasn't for Zelda BOTW releasing this year it would be a no brainer. I find the combat in this game far superior, and graphically it is at the top of the list.

If it weren't for Zelda, this would easily have been seen as a revolutionary addition to the open world genre. It's still excellent, but has competition as well.

Everything that I love is in this title. An fantastic story, beautiful scenery, open world, and and RPG element.
