Great story and gameplay, characters are ok, and lastly the graphics are amazing

This is a really good game. Great graphics and storyline. My only complaint is that there is no names under your items and tools selection. U basically have to try to memorize what the item use is at the Spur of the moment.

Not only is this one of the best looking video games too date on any system, but the beautiful open world leads to exploration in a way that few games do. Also it has a compelling story that makes you really want to solve the mystery of this robot dinosaur land.

Horizon Zero Dawn is the most beautiful game I ever played!!! Almost very original too. I don't even usually play fantasy games like this but this one is definitely the exception. That $20 sale price and my gamers membership definitely helped too lol. This might even be the best advertised game as well. They promoted it so well. Great game so definitely add this to your collection.

This game is gorgeous and the gameplay is amazing. I would definitely recommend this for anyone looking for an open world adventure game with an interesting main character. Combat is fun and exploration in the world is engaging. Don't miss out on this game!

While this game doesn't exactly do anything ground breaking, it was a first attempt by Guerrilla Games to bring a new open world IP, that's something a little different. And they did a fantastic job. You play as Aloy (Ay-Loy), in a distopian future about 1000 years after the apocalypse that wipes out our generation of mankind. Now nature and Dinosaur like machines rule the Earth, while humans have returned to living very primitive lifestyles and know only stories of the lives of the people who once ran this world with technology and cities and skyscrapers. It's lore you discover on your travels. The game has a lot of your typical open world tropes. But it's the combat against the machines with unique weapons that combine primitive and technological into one, that make the game so unique and rewarding. This is a must have exclusive for any PS4 owner out there.

I am astounded by the overall content of this game. It is like a mix between Matrix, Far Cry Primal, Assassins Creed and Shadows of Mordor! I have already put in 20+ hours into the game but still have a loooong ways to go. It's all I can think about lately.

Haven't enjoyed a game this much in a while. Put about 40 hours in within the first week and will eventually go back to try to get a platinum. The combat is amazing and addictive, the open world is so rich and vibrant, and the story is too nice. A must buy!

Game is hella good. Great world and immersion with fantastic gameplay and refreshing combat. I am not one for story but I do like the main character and her development in the journey. Best Buy had it for sale for $24 brand new with GCU. Cant beat that.

Given the performance boost to pro it looks amazing like the lighting, foliage & water a vast open world sandbox to explore, interesting story, top notch graphics. Now with the patch & Frozen Wilds dlc adds more replayability for an already great game.

This game is very challenging with excellent graphics and awesome controls.

I'll start off with the fact that there are some glitched graphics here and there. Some of the side quest conversations are not the best, but they aren't absolutely horrible. Outside of these complaints, the game is great. There's a LOT to do in this game - side missions, open world hunts, gathering of resources, etc. The main story is excellent, just make sure you listen to and read everything - the vantage points (listen and read), metal flowers, artifacts, etc. They will all give you the full story of what happened and how everything ties in. Lastly, the vistas are just stunning. Coupled with the "photo mode", you can create a ton of images to be used as your backgrounds or just to share, especially if you enjoy the views of outdoors or are able to get the perfect action shot to show off your stand-still skill. Overall, a excellent game with 40+ hours of things to do.

Unlike many other reviewers I didn't connect with the main character on any level but I didn't need to. The game is amazing in so many ways and incorporates the best parts of many other games I've played and loved. It's a long one too. I read over all the story and listened to all the files and I never skipped a conversation (which is really rare for me). I was intrigued and interested the entire time. You'll be getting your monies worth many times over and with the varieties of things to do you'll not be bored. It's pacing is perfect as you will not notice the gradual climb to beast mode(there is no actual beast mode). Horizon just flows as you get more awesome. Graphically it's up there with the best like Uncharted and Last of Us games. Even a Naughty Dogs lead said they have set the new bar for visual fidelity. It's a must buy and I can't wait for the next.

This game is absolutely amazing, there is so much to do its almost overwhelming, Its comparable to Assassins Creed, but with machines and different weapons, its like futuristic and in the past at the same time, highly recommended, I really enjoyed it.
