If you are a Far Cry fan then you might enjoy this game. I found it to have a similar feeling of exploring and crafting that I enjoy in other games with a unique story.

I bought a few games for my husband, ones he wanted etc. This was one I read reviews on and thought maybe he will like it! I'm thankful I had reviews because he is loving this game!!!!! He will play for hours figuring things out and loves to have the kids help him :-) only thing is...He's Addicted LOL!

Good looking open world game that is very Zelda Breath of the Wild like. Though the graphics are sharp, the art direction of Zelda blows it away. Fun game though.

Kind of a Far Cry with Sci-Fi setting that takes place in the future, but plays out like the past. That is where I get the Elder Scrolls feeling from it. World is set up a lot like Far Cry. Capture enemy camps. Side fetch and quests to unlock things. Stealth mechanic is pretty good. I spend a lot of time trying to get by enemies, rather than fighting them. The game has very good characters and a lot of dialogue, which also reminds me of Elder Scrolls. The RPG aspect is a little less RPG and more like character skill progression of Far Cry. A simplified system of weapon and skill upgrades.

Amazing entry point for a new series. Excellent new IP for Sony so much potential for next game. Hope we travel to new far off lands in sequel.

Plays a lot like the Tomb Raider reboot in a dystopian future. Beautfilu to look at and expansive. Can probably be beaten quickly, or slow rolled like I'm doing.

It's a beautiful fun, open world RPG with an interesting concept. Need to beat before I give a full review but very well worth a purchase and play through.

This game is very good and very pretty. I had fun with this game hacking the different robot animals. Using different weapons to take down enemies. Pick this up

I really am enjoy this game. Very reminiscent of far cry and the newer tomb raiders. The mechanical beasts in the world are dynamic and interesting. The only gripes I have are the camera and the location finder can be weird. The quest chooser is a bit awkward as well but overall a really great game.

This game sort of reminds me of Tomb Raider but its got its own unique identity to it as well. I enjoyed the play mechanics and storytelling,both were top notch.

Cool game concept but the reliance on crafting pushed me away. I don’t want to have to craft. It succeeds in so many other areas I’ll give it 4 stars though

Horizon Zero Dawn is a good game for the PS4. This game is on par with the Tomb Raider series. If you enjoyed playing Tomb Raider, then you will enjoy this game.

Horizon: Zero Dawn is a game that grabs you from the get-go with a fantastic setting, characters you care about, and last but not least a gameplay experience unmatched even by franchises with much more experience under their belt.

Good game. It has some gameplay and mechanic issues that can be irritating but overall it's a good time. Not better than or up to par as last of us though lol

Bought this game a couple weeks ago when it was on sale and I do not regret the purchase. A very enriched environment to explore and loot across the world.

This game have a great story to it. It’s not challenging for the elite, but doing the expansion game early will certainly give you a challenge.

They did an amazing job with the graphics - there is no doubt that a great deal of time went into it. And many options to customize your abilities/weapons.

I was taken back by how good the story was. I expected just another Witcher like game with different graphics. Really impressed that the story held its own.

Putting the shooters aside for some hunting was interesting. Between the main objectives and side quest you will have more than enough game play for hours!

Great graphics, good gameplay. I just like killing real virtual things as opposed to robotic virtual things, but that's between me and my psychotherapist.
