This game is amazing! Not since Red Dead Redemption have I played an open world game with so much character and story built right into the environment. The overall sci-if tale they're weaving is also really great. The moment to moment action, and the varied ways in which you can take down enemies (humans, beasts, robo-dinos!) is really fun, too. Highly recommended!

This is one of the best open world games on modern consoles. Amazing gameplay and equally amazing graphics. A must have for all PS4 owners.

Horizon on the PS4 is a gem of a game. I highly recommend it if you enjoy open world, or action adventure games. Pros Beautiful graphics Bow controls are fantastic. The slow motion skill is a breath of fresh air. Easy to unlock skill tree which makes you feel like you are progressing without it taking forever. Tons to do...and do it your way. The story-overal story has a fun mystery and progression Challenge- the game is hard Cons The story-yeah I know I just said it's a pro, but I also feel it's lacking, and feels bland at time. And far to many characters seem to have a softsport, or love for the main character. The wife thinks it hilarious every male character seems to have a thing for her. The hand to hand combat is clunky at times and doesn't feel very well refined. Challenge- the game is almost too hard at times. Some of the skills are worthless. If you have a PS4 you owe it to yourself to buy this exclusive title. One final note...people want to compare this game and ZELDA Breath of the Wild on the switch because they are both openworld adventures that launched a week apart. DON'T! They are two very different games with very different feels. I have and play both and each game is brilliant in it's own right. And well worth playing if you call yourself a gamer.

This game is very great buy. The story line is nice and there's a lot of things to do. If you like a RPG that have a great storyline and side quests then this is a buy for you. It shows very nice on your ps4 and if you have a 4k TV and a pro it's a very nice game to show off gaming on that type of TV. But no matter what type of TV you have it's still a great buy

This is a must own game on PS4. There is a great deal of storytelling in the game that is coupled with great enemies and beautiful scenery. This game makes you think with the encounters, if you try to go in guns blazing you will lose. Strategizing and tweaking your strategy are key. The difficulty is just right, making you think but not get frustrated when you lose.

Great game with lots to do, very immersive and detailed enviorments. The game runs well on the PS4 Pro and looks great for a console game.

I am absolutely loving Horizon so far. This game was the reason I purchased a PS4 Pro and I am not disappointed. Definitely worth a buy.

This was one of the biggest releases this year and it does not disappoint! The gameplay is solid (albeit a little difficult if you're the run-and-gun type). The characters are interesting and Aloy, the protagonist, is not your cookie-cutter default hero-type. The world is so immersive, you can spend hours just looking at the scenery. I would definitely recommend.

Bought this game because of the good reviews. I was not at all disappointed. Everything about this game is wonderful from the gameplay to the amazing amount of detail put into the design and the gripping storyline. I would describe this game as a cross between The Shadow of Colossus and Red Dead Redemption. I really hope that Guerrilla is working on a sequel.

I've heard some people.say that the game is to short.. only 40 or 50 hours of play... To me... That is more than long enough. There are tons of side quests and a whole world to explore - a beautiful world full of new challenges around every bend of the hillside. It's got a great story line... With excellent, non-repetative NPCs. Everything feels unique and fresh.
