If Zelda Breath of the Wild hadn't come out last year, Horizon Zero Dawn would have won Game of the Year in 2017. The storyline is compelling; the action is exhilarating. I stayed up many a night never wanting to turn this game off. This is one of those few games I could play over and over again.

Really enjoyable play station 4 exclusive. Really fun combat system and world has a interesting lore to it.

This game reminds me of a little of far cry 4, uncharted, and some other like them. really fun open world.

This is the BEST game I've played in quite some time. Any fan of open world games must pick this up. Everything works perfectly, it looks amazing, and the story really catches you. I'm typing this review only 10 hours into the game so I'm sure there's so much more for me to see that will further blow my mind!

Great story ad game play. There is a lot to do! Apart from the main quest, you have many small task to do.

This game is good. After playing breath of the wild I actually set my standard higher and only got a few good games on black Friday instead of a lot of average. I cannot stop playing this and Xenoverse 2

From the story atmosphere and world this game feels unique. Has an old school feel without feeling dated.

I cannot recommend this game more - it's truly a title that lived up to the pretty substantial hype. Not only is it a lot of fun mechanics wise, it has a pretty compelling (though stupidly predictable) story. Maybe one game a year gets me to play as often as I did this one and it was well worth the time.

It might not win GOTY because of Zelda, but I put it right up there with the best of the year. Must play.

Best game I have played in a long time. Easy to sink in lots of hours. Games like this is why I got a ps4

Story, graphics, and gameplay were top notch. Haven't been engrossed to a game's story since The Last of Us. There were some awkward transitions in the cut scenes and the animations couldve used some more polish but that's just me being nitpicky. If you have a PS4 and looking for a RPG, this is a must buy!

Gorgeous visuals (along with an impressive photo mode for people who enjoy that sort of thing). Fun and engaging combat. Story and characters are a bit underwhelming, but the lore and setting more than make up for that. If you have a PS4, this game is a no-brainer. Among the best releases available.

Love the game, controls, concept. Something different using a bow and traps to navigate the world and attacking mostly mechanical creatures (tomb raider had the bow, but not against mechs). I'm only about 20 hours into the game, but very much enjoying it thus far. Visuals/graphics are also top notch.

Contender for game of the year, this has a massive world and so much to do and play.Def worth the money.

A lot of games have been a waste of money lately but this is not one of them. I definitely recommend it.
