A good game with some real flaws

It's easy to sink 100+ hours into it without even realizing it. But as much as I love this game there are some issues with it - everything from minor graphical details that were overlooked/ignored (like the shoddy water effects when swimming in lakes/rivers) to more significant issues like control issues (getting stuck on ladders, getting stuck in rivers) and combat issues (getting knocked into walls, floors, etc.) All things considered the game is still good overall, but a far cry from the exaggerated scores that game has been getting. On a Scale of 1-10 I'd put this at about an 8.7 overall. A great game, but certainly not the reinvention of the wheel by any means.
