I love this product. I purchased this for my grandson and he rides this daily. Best Buy gave me great customer service when I had issues with the previous hover-1. I definitely would recommend this product.

Super fun and great when riding with my kids. The different speeds make it easy to stay with them, if I’m staying slow with my youngest or fast with my oldest it works great.

Its been ridden 3 times since Christmas. Back tire is flat and won't air up. Max distance is 5 miles on a full battery when it claims it will get 12 miles.

Love this scooter! It is great to ride around on through our neighborhood and keep up with my fast child! It is very easy to maneuver, LOVE the cruise control feature.

My 11yo son loves it. He connects to the Bluetooth and cruises around listening to music. Very thankful there was a slower setting. This scooter can move pretty quick for an 85lb kid.

This is an amazing scooter for its price point! It’s a great all round scooter, excellent for people seeking short commutes and especially for people who are seeking a fun new hobby in general!

Provides a nice size ratio for a 6'3" person. The scooter has a wide foot platform that lights up at night. It's powerful and surprisingly fast.

It gets me where I have to go at a good speed, definitely saves me energy and it’s fun to ride specially with music there for for me it’s a 5 stars.

I was really pumped to try and see if it went at least 10 miles away in one charge with the disapointment it would only go for about 5 or sometimes less. Keep in mind i am only 135 pounds in weight.very disapointed and very sad that i cant return it since its been about a month now and i know the mileage per charge is only going to get worse, specially if i gain some weight. Also, the clip where the handles attach to (when folded), came off due to the screws on the back not being properly tightened.

The scooter is good it’s rides fast but it’s has a lot of problems the brakes they start to make noises the ruder you would not fell safe riding it

My 14 year old son loves it. Just the right amount of speed, great battery capacity so far although it does take some time to fully charge. So far so good - great birthday gift!

Got the scooter on sale at 50% off and for that price it can’t be beat—spec wise. This scooter goes well over 18 mph on a flat road—20-21 mph.

Lasted about 15 miles and stuff started falling apart after we tightening tire wouldn’t hold air would not recommend

Brought this scooter and was amazed by how fast it could go. The craftsmanship of this model is great. The battery charges fast and last for a long time.

I bought this originally for my daughter for Christmas.. about two months in there was a problem with the back tire stem leaking air.. I purchased the protection plan so when I took it back up there for repairs, they just replaced it with a brand new one. The only problem is they wouldn’t allow me to purchase a protection plan with this one. I’m not sure why… they didn’t seem to know either. They just said it couldn’t be done. So far so good… my daughter still loves it… it’s just if it breaks again I guess we’re out of luck!!

Fun scooter and great value! I really enjoy using it especially when it’s good weather outside. Very relaxing and good speed to feel the cool wind on your face while cruising.

I bought this for my 9 year old son who is about 110 pounds. It is a good and fun scooter for him. I tried riding it at 205 pounds and I think it is not quite powerful enough for my taste, especially going uphill.

Gets me to work and back. I also like connecting my phone to the Bluetooth so I could play my music. It goes pretty fast, but goes slow when going uphill.

So much freaking fun. The whole family rides this. It goes super fast and we ride down the block at night with the lights on and music blasting!

I bought two of these for my pre teen boys over a year ago and they are still like new. Great quality!
