It was not opened until the 25th. We noticed after only 1 or two rides that oil was leaking from the throttle and that a plastic piece was cracked around it. I tried calling Best Buy numerous times and could not even get someone on the phone. The packaging said do not return to store (the return window was only open until Jan 14th). I have been in contact with the company since January 8th with no resolution. She has has this scooter now for over a month and has not been able to ride it. Very disappointed in this purchase.

Great for late night ride
