It was kinda flimsy and it was broken when I recurved. The latch to lock the handle bar up didn't work properly. While crossing down the street the handlebar folded down. It scared me. Fortunately I was able to get to the side of the road with no issues. That's when I noticed the latch was broken under the clip. It looked fine from the outside. I am returning this item.

Slight Issue - Bad Customer Support

The issue I have is out of the box, the front valve hits the fork when you rotate it. The valve cap is also broken on that same wheel (before we even used it). I opened a ticket with customer support (you cannot call them) and it's been 2 weeks. No Response. You can't even click on a link to see the ticket status.
