An Absolute Mess of a Scooter

Owned for less than 1 week when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.The scooter had a dent in it right out of the box, the charging block gets abnormally hot, the scooter itself is 10 pounds heavier that the Xiaomi M365 that it replaced, the screws at the bottom holding the battery weren’t screwed in tightly, the accelerator got stuck while riding. A complete waste of money shipped from Ventura CA. I should’ve bought the Ninebot Max.

Not a $400+ product since it includes cheap components like this charger. Not worth the $100+ BestBuy warranty plan because you can buy 4-5 extra chargers for this scooter at the Extended warranty price. Scooter seems ok and works, but without the charger you are stuck waiting for a replacement and your kid can get stranded. Think about that! :(

Opened it Christmas morning. It worked for about 60 seconds, then just showed a throttle error code. Returned it and the replacement unit that was sent to me didn't work at all. It wouldn't even turn on. That's when I gave up and just got my money back. Totally disappointed.

We took it back to the store and they gave us another one. A week later on the second scooter the led lights failed and the battery was full and 30 minutes later it only had one bar.
