If I could give zero I would. 45 days after buying it it broke out of 5he blue, I tried getting a hold of hover but it was impossible. No one helped. My time to return it was over and it's still in the garage broken it was a waste of money and my son was very upset. I'm stuck with an item I can't use.

I loved the scooter until the controller went out 8 months in. As many others have said, it’s impossible to find parts.

It started out bad really. Arrived with a flat tire, not sure if it was supposed to be that way, but after that, I rode it maybe 5 times, then one day I hit a bump as i was riding and lost all power to everything, and it will not turn back on. All in all it was a complete waste of $433. I wouldn't recommend this scooter to anybody.

I had to return this. Literally stopped working properly by the fifth time I used it. Pay for a good expensive one that will last.

Piece of junk didn’t work throttle defective Cheaply made

Got it for my son Christmas. A week later it wldve charge but 2 bars.

I had this product for less than 2 weeks when the charger stopped working so I emailed the company it comes from and haven’t heard back

Ti bought this about 3 weeks ago. Opened it, it’s damaged apparently won’t work has scrape marks and looks used. Went to do a return and Best Buy said it is. I longer returnable?? Like what?? I’m very upset after spending 400 dollars on a piece of junk I can’t return. Hoping manage my actually reads this and does something about it. Doubtful.

I purchased 3 of these scooters and each one has failed with the same error, E4. Which apparently is a battery issue. Luckily I purchased the extended warranty through bestbuy and bestbuy has been great about giving me my money back. Its a shame as when new the scooter was great but not reliable at all.

Battery life sucks .... 1/12 per use and it take 6 hours to charge

The handlebar fell off in the middle of riding down a hill. I tried calling customer service and Hover-1 is nonresponsive. Very cheaply produced. Even though it was the lower end of the price scale, I figured the screw wouldn't fall out of the handle bars. It's a death trap.

I give this a 1 star because I bought this scooter on May 18 2021. I have only rode it a handful of times. After charging it I went to turn it on and nothing. I'm really upset to have paid this amount of money for it to be not workable in almost 3 months.

Doesn’t keep charge. Can’t go far without dying. Returning

It’s one star because it’s broken. I’m positive since I haven’t used it they will exchange it. The valve stem to the rear tire is sheared at the base. No way I can fix it without going to unnecessary lengths for a noob product. It not Bbuys fault but they are the ones I paid so I’ll update this when I have a something else.

Malfunctioned a month after I purchased it. The display gave me an error code which the manual stated was an accelerator failure. As the shooter was outside the return policy, I contacted the manufacturer and emailed them several times. No response. Purchasing from this company is mistake. Don't waste your money.

You will have problems less than a week after having this product. No support tech. Cant buy replacement parts. You are throwing money away. If you dont believe me, do the research.

Only goes like 2 miles at 18 then slows to 3/5mph for 5 minutes and dies.

This is the first unit we purchased and it has worked ok. it did some error codes a few weeks ago, but still works after 6 months. We bought another unit in August 2020 and it broke within 2 weeks. Best buys warranty is 15 days and I didn't contact them soon enough. I spent $400 and have nothing in around 16 days.

Do not buy! Ours is useless because folding lock is broken after 6 months. After 90 day warranty period there is no company support. The company is selling parts if you like to buy or you can buy Best Buy’s warranty if you must have it!
