latch broke within a few weeks of using it, many many attempts at reaching hover 1 are not responded to. spare part availability is poor.

Not very happy with the scooter at all we bought it for two of them for Christmas one only starts when it wants you the other one the lights don’t work and they’re both falling apart all the bolts are coming off

My 70 pound son broke the handlebar stem. I asked if it was covered under warranty. Answer was no. I asked about replacement parts. Still waiting for a response. That was two weeks ago.

A bunch of guys and I bought these to dink around in the office building with. A couple of them are getting the hoverboard-style Segways but these scooters looked more fun (and stable) to me so I went this route. First, this thing is a lot bigger and heavier than I thought it was going to be. When I saw the picture I assumed it was about the same size as one of those kids' Razer scooters. I was wrong. It's much bigger and his nice inflatable rubber tires. It even comes with an air pump. It's pretty easy to use - plug in to charge, hold the power button for a couple seconds to turn it on or off, press the button once quickly to switch between low and high speed modes, and press twice quickly to enable or disable Bluetooth (which causes all kinds of lights to turn on). The Bluetooth speaker sounds like garbage and the brake leaves something to be desired for how fast the unit is, but acceleration is very linear and the thing gets going really fast. Probably faster at top speed than what I would feel comfortable doing given the size of the tiny wheels. This is a cool toy for adults and teens but probably way too fast for younger kids. The literature in the box says recommended age is 15+.

I was gonna give 5 star, but it folded itself and my son got injured. How come could they make such an unsecure folding mechanism. I want to return but of course they won't accept since return period is 15 days only.

Never ever buy this product. Folding mechanism is deficient so itmay cause accidents that can injure yourself while riding. Be mindful with return date, best. Buy is very strict with it. They don't tolerate any

It fell apart as my son was riding it. The bolt holding the scooter together snapped and folded at about 10mph. My son had a lot of road rash. The scooter was brand new and he was hurt pretty good. Major disappointment.

Only had it for few months and have rode it less than 10 times, it's already broken. the display won't turn on. The power button isn't working. Piece of junk!!!

This device is horrible it stopped working on my son several times on the third trade-in with geek squad it broke in half while he was riding it. I do not recommend this device

Bluetooth went out on the scooter 2 days later after I bought the scooter and it’s makes a loud clicking noise when I turn right.. I have a warranty in the scooter but I honestly don’t know do I want it

Broke within 60 days. Took months to hear back from their warranty department but they did send a new one but it broke within two weeks of arriving!!! Seriously, don’t waste your money.

The Scooter starts to get part loose at the first month and got broken in less than 5 months

Scooter design needs to be made more well built. Had for a few days and handle throttle kept getting stuck. Then the bar snapped at the base. Would not recommend.

After 2 days it started making a clicking sound in the front and you could feel it in the handlebars so we returned it and ordered another one. Hope it is not defective also

Had for less then a year and broke. Had to already buy something different do not recommend to anything horrible product

My son was riding his scooter and the handle broke off from the base. It completely separated, threads torn and can't repair it.

Do not buy this. My daughter was riding and the handle bars broke off down by base. Design flaw. Luckily she just started to go and didn’t get hurt.

Bad build quality after riding the first time the clip to the handle bar snapped and I flew out and badly scraped my knees elbows and fourhead.

Did not work. I have a total of 3 of these and they all came with some defect. I returned all 3.

Showed up with flat and it’s impossible to fix so disappointing
