Very fun to ride but made with very cheap parts. And glitches.

The scooter stopped working on the first week of use .

Breaks down right after the 30 return policy ends...

I bought this scooter with a 2 year extended warranty. I had issues with the battery not holding a charge like it should have. I tried getting through to the company multiple times by e mail trying to get a replacement battery. I kept getting unresolved answers back for about a month. then one day I get an e mail saying they sent my package out for delivery. I thought great they sent my battery finally! Package arrived and to my surprise it was a complete in the box alpha scooter!! They literally sent me a brand new scooter. I am very impressed because I now have two alpha's and i really like the scooter and all of its features plus the fact they realized how bad they messed up to make up for it like that is awesome. It's a great scooter and the compant does seem to care about it's product and the consumer.

I needed something to just get around the campgrounds and have a little fun in the process... and this thing is fun... gets me around nice and quick... I weigh in around 235 and this thing manages to go 17mph. I tried the Hover eagle first but the motor locked up after 3 rides that maybe added up to 20 minutes but the Hover-1's are built so ridged that I figured I'd spend the extra money and give it one more try and so far this Alpha hasn't disappointed me... Battery long gevity (3 months from now) well be my only question... I can tell you many of the people that give poor reviews based on battery issues are their own worse enemy these types of batteries can be damaged from over charging so it's very important to follow the directions they give you... Do not leave the batteries plugged in over night it only takes 3 to 5 hours for complete recharge, leaving the batteries plug in longer will damage the cells.

The speed is there but the distance is not. Mine goes a maximum of six miles on a full charge and can barely make it up a hill. I'm very disappointed with this product considering the brand name. I'm only 150 lbs so weight is not the issue here

This scooter gets the job done and is super affordable. Definitely a great time riding around the boardwalk and parks during summer time!

Had this scooter 10 weeks and it started making a grinding noise , went by Best Buy they were no help at ,all bordered on rude! Contacted the manufacturer only by email, can’t find a number to call but they wanted mine.sent a copy of my receipt to prove it was still under warranty so the wait is on. I hope it all works out I hate walking to work, and I miss running my dog. But 375.00 for only 10 weeks is a little out of my price range!

It rides great the first year and a half was good and then it kept getting a flat tire. We ordered the parts however getting it put on and it working correctly has been a task till this day Still unable to ride it as of February 2024 it was purchased August 2020

I will give my honest opinion on this scooter. I am 33 years old and I had caught a dui so obviously I can not drive. I am 6 foot 2 and weigh 215 pounds. In saying that I needed some sort of transportation so I can get to the max train, go to the gym, etc... I am very pleased with this scooter in every way, I love the Bluetooth system, the speed of scooter and handling and I love how easy it is to fold up and transport. The lighting on this scooter is awesome I can see clearly at night and be seen by other motorist around me. I definitely give this a 5 out 5 and I can’t imagine any scooter being better then this one.

Was a great, functionally and fun gift for my son.

Easy assembly, easy to operate, pretty fast, lots of fun, I love it!

There is no replacement for battery, I looked in several places and I can't get it

I relaized i never made a review for this item it was great for about a 3 months the darn thing just stopped taking a charge. I would think it would last a little longer than that very disappointing

Kids loves! Great buy! The only problem I have is the the paint durability. It was heartbreaking to pay 100s of dollars for something that the paint comes off with any swipe of the concrete or grass.

Looks sleek, wide base for two feet side by side, easy to assemble and operate.Maybe too flashy with blue lights on base and Bluetooth speakers? But it’s rated 265lbs and I’m 230. Yes close to max capacity but not up there yet it was crawling when riding on a slight incline in street people were walking by faster then I was going on top speed. Also the 10” big air filled tires are nice but still kind of scary going over small bumps causes it to shake and jump. Also pulling brake feels like it might throw you off if your going fast or down hill.

Died after 9 months of limited casual use. No battery replacements and product no longer available. RETURNED with extended warranty plan

First of all, this scooter isn't ranked or tested much on YouTube so it was hard to see what people thought. I think its an awesome scooter for the price! PROS 1. This scooter has a few options like 10" air filled tires for a smoother commute. 2. Top speed of 18mph! 3. Both a headlight and working taillight. 4. 450w brushless motor for zippy acceleration. CONS 1. No suspension makes for a bumpy ride on sidewalks and rough terrain. 2. Only 12 mile range. (Which really means about 6-8 miles range in reality) I am happy with my purchase and would recommend this scooter to anyone looking for a decent budget electric scooter.
