We bought this for my 10 year-old son for his birthday ... he LOVES it. Smooth ride and goes up to 18 mph. He loves the lights and we feel a little bit better if he’s coming home from a friend’s house when the sun is starting to go down. He doesn’t ride at night, so we haven’t tested the lights at night.

This scooter is awesome! I love how fast it goes and for the distance it can cover before needing a charge. The scooter itself is quick to accelerate and has a speedometer and battery level on the screen. I like that it has gears so its easy to control the speed of the scooter. The scooter folds up and has a sick design. I love riding this scooter.

This is a best and fast Hover scooter ever.... On normal mode max speed up 12, but if you put on the sport mode... WOW.. this thing can fly up to 18 mi. YES, I mean like flying. Totally is different on sport mode just like driving a car. It is so much fun to ride on it.

Bought these after another retail chain fell through with an order. So glad I did. I returned a different scooter to get this for my daughter after my son got one and loved it so much. They are awesome! The kids love the Bluetooth speaker and the lights. I love that my husband and I can ride them too!

I bought 3 units of this product all delivered to my home, only one arrived perfect. two came with scratches and one with a noise on the brake when turning another the box arrived destroyed a real garbage missing the necessary screws for assembly, the manual also did not come and this one cost 50 dollars more expensive. I already reported this to Best Buy. no further action was taken by them

This really is an amazing scooter for the cost, considering it is far better than the Ninebot Segway Maxx in my opinion and it is actually fairly close so far to our much more expensive Emove Tourning that I love so much. We purchased 3 of them and they all ride with the same smoothness, with those 10 inch pneumatic tires eating up the bumps like they are nothing, so even though it doesn't have the shock absorption of the Emove, it is way smoother than the Segway Ninebot and so far above the Razor 100, I won't even mention that one again. The cruise control is great, the acceleration is fast, it is good up hill for at least our light frames of 140 lb. or so each, the lights are perfect for night riding and it seems very stable and safe so far. The Bluetooth connectivity works perfectly for playing music while you ride, but isn't loud enough to hear at top speed. Time will tell if it holds up, but a great start for sure!

My grandson loves his Christmas gift that we purchased for him. It is definitely a quality product, as it is sturdy and appears to be built for wear and tear -- should last a long time if taken care of. It was very easy to install and set up.

We bought 2 of these scooters while traveling. They are amazing. However they got a low rating because you can't find parts for these things anywhere!!!!!!! These were exclusively built for best buy stores. so the parts are not easily found. Been trying for weeks to get replacement innertube. No luck. So buyer beware.

This scooter is a great step up from their previous models, with more battery, bigger wheels, and even adding more lights and a blue tooth speaker. It is much easier to ride with more shock and allows you to drive over small bumps without feeling as though you may fall off. Great improvements!

We purchased this as one of our employee raffle items. All of the employees wanted it and the winner LOVES it...or should I say their daughter does. It rides smoothly and the brakes are great. It definitely goes fast!

After being severely disappointed by the swagtron, bought two both same problem died wouldn’t charge and they wouldn’t fix them, I bought this scooter for my son. Works great and he loves the blue tooth speaker. He can usually ride two days (off and on) before charging it.

This was a gift for my son but he can’t stop talking about how cool and fun his commute to work has been since receiving his. I did a lot of research with reading reviews like this and videos and for the most part agree this is a very impressive bang for you buck inexpensive scooter, yes they’re ones with more range but also the higher price point. My son is a little less than four miles from his job and has been there and back on one charge but the charger is portable so he charge at work. There is a Bluetooth speaker and a cool nicely lit simple display and feels solid like it will last with a large set of tires for this type of scooter and the trigger style throttle is a plus in my opinion for safety in case of a fall.

The scooter is fun to ride but the quality of the electronics is questionable. After fully charging it right out of the box it would not start. Doing an internet search I found that it could be reset by holding down the power button for 10 seconds or so and it worked. The scooter worked well for most of the fall and I put it away for the winter fully charged. Riding it the next spring I have noticed that the battery does not hold a charge as long and the console will occasionally flash red and turn off even when there are three bars of charge left. This is a fun product but not tick solid in terms of build.

Day 1 - 2, 2 minute rides and the throttle thumb lever stopped springing back, has to be moved up and down. Day 3 - Bluetooth will not connect to current iPhone model or is completely no functional Day 15 - developed an incredible squeel from the rear wheel mechanism. Has not been abused or driven in rain. Battery life has been acceptable Power is sufficient. Ridden on college campus by 18 yr old, 175lb man.

Terrible Terrible terrible..... Do not buy any product from this manufacturer.... Best Buy is ok other than not offering an extended warranty and discontinuing this product just after i purchased it from them. 2 weeks of owning the scooter i already got a flat, and to my surprise, its not covered buy the manufacturer go figure. Alpha's customer service is by far the worst ive eve experienced and we've all had our share.

Very satisfied with my purchase !! I would highly recommend to other people. Had no issues at all and love shopping at Best Buy !!! Always satisfied with all my electronic purchases and the friendly help that comes with!!

I really like this scooter, it’s all I wanted in one, at 18 mph it gets me to work in 20 minutes that’s really great, it’s easy to ride and super fun, I would definitely buy again no issues at all with it.

5 months after ordering it it still get power. Commute to BART every weekday. 3+2 miles one way are OK at 12mph then 2+3 miles, same speed, back home with light on by night: no way without extra 4 h recharge at work. Flat side walks only. 4 bad points: 1) recharge rubber cap went off first week 2) and after 3 months the lock gets quite loose... need to be careful with direction bar. 3) Brake disc not correctly adjusted and noisy from beginning. I had to revise it and checked also some loose screws... and Bluetooth speaker is mostly unusable. 4) One rear flat tyre and not easy to replace the inner tube because of the power cable to the electric wheel engine. Too bad because it is fun to go to work this way. I will be more watchful for the next one.

This Scooter is awesome. Don’t waste your time with a study I already did for you. No scooter out there going to give you 18MPH under $300.00. Is fast. Is great, is fun Only 12mil rage . Ok for the price . If you are lite weight you can get more. Great battery life
