It’s the kid! Tried once charged fully functional. Has to grow into his feet before he tries it again.

Make sure you get your helmet and pads. You will need them for the first month. Once you learn the motions you will like this fun gadget so much. Similar but different from a Segway. This was at a discounted price we couldn't pass up. We a so glad we did not.

My son loves it. It holds pretty good charge for how long he wants to play with it. No complaints so far.

great for little kids who aren't to heavy! For the price it is worth it but if you want something that wont break because some kids are a little on the heavy side I would say a different one.

Son seems to like it, although does leave black marks on wood floor when riding indoors

I bought this product for my grandson, I was looking for this in so many stores and on line too, and this was the most look like the picture he send me and it was at very good price and it was delivered in time for Christmas, I hope you understand my English, I’m not too good writing

This is my first hoverboard and I love it! Very easy to learn on and moves very fluidly, after about an hour I got used to it and I'm 55 years old and haven't feel off of it yet.

My son and daughter learnt to drive this in matter of few mins. They love it. It has plenty of battery unless you want to use it all day. The only downside is kids are no longer walking on their feet. We don't leave it on charge overnight as an extra precaution. I suggest read the manual before use.

Bought it as Christmas gift for my friend's kids and they loved it. It is very good for the price and ended up getting one more from Mobile DROP.

I bought this for my nephew because the first thing he'd do when visiting my home is hopping on one of my kids' hoverboards. I figured it would be the perfect gift for him and on Christmas day, I saw that it was, he was so grateful and the smile on his face was all I needed.

bought this for my 9 year old son and he absolutely loves it. its also held up very well to his abuse. my only real conpainy is the charging port seem pretty fragile.

this is a great toy for a kid, my daughter loved it (under 120 LBs) but she got bored with it quick as she was scared to take it outside. Otherwise a good buy!

This was a birthday gift for an 11yr old. He was new to riding/operating a hoverboard. He absolutely loves this Hoverboard. He uses it all of the time. He learned to use this hoverboard in less than 2 hours. If you’re shopping for a child this Hoverboard is a great choice. I would purchase it again.
