Won’t work my daughters Christmas ruined

There are none in store to exchange and if i return it they won’t honor the $50 off promotion so Merry Christmas worst experience.

Thus far I returned 2 because they stop charging. I got a replacement for one which doesn’t work and returned the other. My remaining grandchildren have not used the hoverboard because of the weather. Once the weather warm up I think I’ll be returning more of them.
