Hover-1 Does Not Back Products!!

My grandson came over July 20 to try it out. It did not work! No lights came on and it would not work at all. It was past Best Buys return date of July 18. So I had to contact the manufacturer. They said if I charged it more than 5 hours, it was not their problem!! $114 down the drain!!

It stayed in the box until recently. He rode it 2 to 3 times indoors before the screws fell out and will not stay in when I tried to screw them back in.
