Does not work my it was Christmas gift for my brother he was very exited did not charged

As soon as the Hover-1 Scooter / Hoverboard was unboxed and turned on, it was clear it was going to be a blast. First thing you will notice is its weight. It is heavy at about 15 pounds and definitely feels sturdy and well constructed. When I turned it on, my attention went immediately to the lights on the front and sides on the wheels, these make it look a bit more fun and will stand out for spectators as well as the rider. On the board is a battery indicator as well so you know when it is ready to go. The pads on the device are rubber and will help prevent the rider from slipping off and the other important note is that when it says it is self balancing, it is true. One of the things I’ve seen with other models is that the scooter itself does not help the rider stay on by adjusting as needed. This one does. As my daughter climbed on, I held her hand the first time but the board itself compensated a bit back and forth so that once she was ready, it was easy to start her ride. It has a maximum weight capacity of about 160 pounds, will get up to 7 mph with a range of about 3 miles. I am fairly certain that she has yet to hit the limit but she certainly had a great time for the hour or two she was riding it. A lot of fun for her and her friends. Highly recommend it.

If I could fix zero stars I would. It takes 5ths to charge and dies in 15-mins.

Great Buy. I bought two of them and my boys love them.

I will be processing a return or exchange. Once we opened it you can hear plastic clinging around inside of it. and also when you stand on it it bows in the middle a lot like it will snap. I am not sure if it was dropped or not handled with care during shipping and receiving. But we will need a replacement

It came with a bad battery and now we have to return it. Very disappointed birthday boy not being able to ride it.

First time rider she loves her gift beginners luck

I got this Hoverboard a few months ago and gifted this to my nephew for his birthday. It hasn't been just a few months and it stopped working suddenly. It's completely useless now. I have no way to return this product now and I am very disappointed with the purchase.

Charger is really bad! I returned the first one and the second lasted nothing. Same char hung problem

Broken out of the box. But good support for the return. Support from the company was extremely slow.

It was a gift for my 6 year old niece. She enjoyed it the few times she used it. She was able to ride it about five times in the house, before it broke. The plastic where the screws attached inside all broke and it would not stay together anymore. Very poor customer service from manufacturer.

As good as the “big” version! I have the adult version of this simple hover board and it’s easy, quick and fun. The kid sized is exactly the same level of quality, ease of use, and fun. My nephew plays ice hockey and is super fast—but not so balanced. I thought this would be a fun way to get him to focus on his center of gravity and strengthen the core muscles he needs on the ice. It helps that there are LED lights and “cool wheels”. I was already familiar with the two wheel board form and the brand, so I knew how to tell him to step up and on. He was already outfitted in all his pads and helmet, so off we went. It’s doing exactly what I wanted it to do—forcing him to use his core strength to balance because he can’t move his legs to compensate. Of course, he doesn’t know that! He k it’s it’s fast (7mph) and he can ride it all over the neighborhood all afternoon without a charging break. I’m impressed with the ease of use and sturdy construction for the price. I consider it very inexpensive and worth the money for the fun!
