Broke after 2nd time in use by a 65 lb boy, broke in the middle of board. With it being cold outside and snowing, he didn't ride it immediately. Hoping that one was defective and we will have a better result with the replacement

It broke in half within 10 minutes. Then I realized tape was all over the box. Idk if I was accidentally given a refurbished item but bought it brand new so it shouldn’t have tape on the seals.

Could not imagine that Best Buy would allow this product to be sold when it was a return with obvious signs of having been used. Very disappointing and not something that I would expect from Best Buy!

This is the 2nd Hover-1 we bought and the 1st one died within 4 weeks of purchase. Obviously very poorly designed and manufactured. Best Buy should drop this product as it is not reliable.

After 20 mins its beeping to be charged again. Even after charging for 5 hours based off instructions its still does not hold a good charge . I will be returning for another brand
