My kid got this for Christmas and threw the box away as trash comes on Tuesday (the next day) so we’re stuck with a hoverboard that won’t charge or turn on and an upset 6 year old. After looking up reviews on google many people have stated these are known for coming with defective chargers! SMH

All the screws on the bottom are screwed into plastic, including the weight-bearing center of the board. The screw hole stripped, the screws fell out, and there's no way to fix it. I bought two, one for each of my kids. Max weight on these hoverboards is 160 lbs. My kids weigh 55lbs and 65 lbs. They used the hoverboards at slow speeds on level cement in our backyard. I was with them the entire hour and can attest there was no harsh usage or abuse to the units. The screws literally just started falling out of the bottom. Plastc left in the threading of the screw shows they stripped right out. Terrible design. Not worth one hour of use.
