I saw a child riding one of these types of scooters earlier in the year, so I wanted to get one for my son. I bought the hoverboard and cart at the same time. The cart is well made, seems very strong, and my son is enjoying it. The only complaint is that the instructions are not that easy to follow. For example, it showed to place a self adhesive pad on the cart in a certain location. Turns out, that's the wrong location, and it can't go there. After some analysis, I figured out where the pad is supposed to go to protect the hoverboard. Secondly, strapping the board to the cart isn't the most straight forward directions. It takes some doing, but once it's done, it's a lot of fun. Last thing, make sure the hoverboard is in expert mode, because otherwise, the cart controls aren't quite sensitive enough to really steer it easily. All that said, I recommend this product. It's a lot of fun.

Bought these for my grandsons (13,10). As my daughter told me— they were the hit of Christmas. The boys and all their neighborhood friends had a blast riding them.

Do NOT buy this. We bought two as Christmas presents for our boys, on 12/14. Within 2-4 days of using it, the whole front wheel complex broke apart...it’s made of a cheap plastic. We contacted the company who is supposed to be sending us a replacement wheel complex, however after my second son tried his out (2-3 weeks later as we were waiting on a hover board replacement), his front wheel did the same thing. No additional insurance purchased from Best Buy and was told today I had 15 days from purchase to return it. We didn’t even give them to the boys until 11 days after purchasing. Will be contacting the company again to see if they can remedy the situation. Just don’t buy this brand of hover cart or if you do buy it from Best Buy be sure you’ve used it well before your 15 days is up so you can get a refund if yours also breaks.

Products bought from Best Buy for Christmas. Came with defective parts that were called about Christmas day. The cylinders that go on eth front and back of the levers were defective. In the mean time, I pressed them back together in a vice, but it was a temporary fix. Took weeks for the company to respond. By the time they did, the wheels on both were destroyed - the bearings came apart on them so they were rolling on just the plastic outside of the wheel turning around the now-empty bearing. Hover-1 sent new wheels but no cylinders, even though I was told by the guy (by email) he packed them himself. Finally exhausted all recourse with hover-1 and addressed Best Buy who told me it had now been over the return period (30 days) and they would do nothing. It was about the 12th of January...clearly the two weeks they sat in the closet waiting for Christmas would have been better spent finding out just how hollow the warrantee with BOTH companies is. Thsi product is crap, and Best Buy is willingly peddling it. You'd get more enjoyment out of taking the cash amount in sibgles and setting them on fire one by one.

Bought for my 7 year old son that only weighs 52 pounds and after only using for 5 days front wheel came completely apart to where the buggy couldn’t be used anymore. Was only used on the street. I Like the product was just disappointed if broke after 5 days use.

Wish I got Timmy something safer for his birthday this year.
