It worked for 3 uses and now spins and beeps constantly and won’t operate. It is outside the 90 day warranty so cannot be replaced even though it is in almost new condition.

Screw standoffs broke right off shell. Best Buy is excellent and returned the product. I ordered a replacement and the sensors were bad out of the box.

It was his first time on a hoverboard and it only took him a few minutes to get a hang of it. He rides it around the house all day. No issues just yet.

They fought over the first one so much. Its great outside but they work on carpet too. If u have enough room and dont mind occasional wercks.

I've had it for about a month now, and so far we haven't had any problems :) My whole family is able to ride it, which means it's easy to learn and to get the hang of. Nowadays, we just have a good time riding it around the house ･ᴗ･

Not the best for off-road terrain, even the occasional rock, but for his first board, worked and the cost at the time was very reasonable.

The self balancing aspect really helps put a parent at ease well. My son has ridden others from his friends that didn’t have that and he said that he feels much safer at the highest speed on this one than he does his friends. Now if I can get him to stop riding it back and forth in the house. Lol
