Not horrible, but there is really nothing special about it. Doesn't connect to an app or anything. Got my son the same one of a different color, and they both had the same piece of plastic break off.

Was able to play music using bluetooth for few months and then it stopped working. CS suggesting to replace BT module, when they have in stock at my own cost. Warranty is only 3 months, be careful.

Got to give the product kind of bad review but kudos to Best Buy for making it right. Anyway my 9 year old grandson is happy so I am too.

Only thing is I bought it a month before his birthday and didn’t check to make sure all the lights work and he opened it and used it for the first time yesterday and a few lights were broken

The board still worked but it was clear something had detached and was constantly being spun and tossed around inside the wheel. Contacted Hover-1 support and they just said it sounded broke and to return it so that’s what they’re doing. Otherwise it was a solid product and had great battery life, just sounds like we got a defective one.
