It is very difficult to drive and when you lose your balance you can hurt yourself badly. I exchanged it for an electric scooter after falling a couple of times.

Great product when it worked. Tried to charge it after an hr of use and it wouldn’t charge. Later on in the evening there was a beeping noise coming from the garage and it was the unit. I had to put it in my shed away from everyone until it fully died. Dead in a total of 2 months

It is a good brand name but this model doesn't have the application on smart phone to track trips or change your music or light like the firefly model which is the same price.

This was a solid, sturdy model. Some neat features. But one tumble by me and my child was scared to use it anymore. Had to return it.

I had to return this product because of the danger it possess. This is not a toy, please do not buy for any child under the age of 15.

Portable, not as lightweight as I would like it to be and not as fast as i would like it to be. Overall not bad.

Price was right and it seemed well built but only lasted 3 short uses before it stopped working. Looked at other online reviews to see the same issue meaning it must be a common problem. I am guessing it is hit or miss but I don't want to try ten to get one that works for my kids.

What a dissapointment of epic proportiona. Bought tbis board because of the various recoews and recomwndations theought the web. Got it for a steal. Well its broken steaight out of the box. The charger says its full the board says its dead. It wont charge. Some research leads me to believe it the actual battery that is damaged since it telling the charger its full but its not. This bosrd is sold out and no expected restock. I got it for 65% off on a black friday flash deal. Its baxk to $265 so now that I csnt replace jt I loose out on the value of the purchase. BB should give me 65% off another model of the same price. Ruined a childs Chrsitmas as this was the big gift. Thats best buy and Hover-1

Fun for the kids. A little touchy, have to have feet in exact position or it keeps beeping.

good toy to play, i had to return as i was worried this is going to break my bones by falling down.

It’s average Scotter balancing is still a problem but it’s ok for kids not for adults

But the point is for a 5 hours full charge , it only last 40 minutes !!

Bought this for my nephew...very ratchety and difficult to control, abrupt power delivery.Much lower quality than the ones we purchsed off of Ebay, sadly enough. And it was compared by someone who is very adept at riding these. Beware this product.

Kids loved it. After a couple of weeks the hover board would just die with no warning while riding immediately causing kids to fall off. Ended up having to carry the board home 1 mile (gets heavy after a bit) after it died without warning. This model has no app integration so can’t see or run any type of diagnostic. I suspect it’s a faulty battery, too new for me to be concerned about it. Returned for H1 since it has app integration and longer range, see how that one goes

The Hover-1 Origin does not adjust for experience level like other brands. It stopped unexpectedly without low battery or other warning and my daughter was thrown off. Tried contacting the manufacturer but no reply. Would not recommend.

This one lasted about an hour and died. I charged it for the recommended 5 hours and it wouldn’t even turn on. Best Buy customer service was amazing and I spent a little extra to get my daughter the Astro. Which has been awesome.

This board was supposed to offer many unique features controllable by blue tooth and app. The only action I can take is using the speaker.

The kids rode it with the seat attachment for 3 days. Now i get a red flashing X and a flashing green battery. It won’t do anything!

It’s so hard to ride this because it’s so unbalanced. Sad to have wasted money in this and can’t return it as a defective item.
