easy to install, I have it on my 20-70 Gmaster do not reflect back well contruction for a $100 piece of glass protect very well a 2,100.00 lent.

I always install filters on my lenses to protect my lens glass. This works great. Note: for night shots of stars, the moon, etc. I recommend removing the filter to prevent reflection on the image. That's the only time I take these off and I promptly reinstall them when finished.

A must have to protect your Lense from any damage. Great quality and doesn't compromise the images.

This is a must for any camera lens. I have personally set my camera bag down too fast and hard resulting in what I thought was a broken lens. Luckily it was just a shattered filter. A $100 replacement instead of a few thousand dollar replacement.

Love it! I use it on my canon rf 28-70 f2, rf 15-35 f2.8, and rf 85mm 1.2 which is why i bought it again! However, this one came with a smug on the inside of it somehow but i cleaned it.

I was on tour with an artist and was in the audience capturing footage and the filter was bumped and then scratched. Bought a second one and love this one too. Great protection for my $3000 lens.

With as expensive as lenses are I can't imagine not having a filter on my glass. Between dust and sand on windy days when I'm shoot or when liquid may be splashed while I am shooting in a crowd the cost is definitely worth it.

Hoya EVO antistatic UV 82mm filter is an excellent choice. Any lint just avoids the filter. Nice for outdoor photography.

It is expensive but transmits 98.9 % of light. I don't notice much of a change in my photos, but I mainly bought it to protect my lens.

I must admit I had real sticker shock when I saw the price. I probably wouldn't have bought it but was in a time crunch and it was the only they had in 82mm. While I cleaned my other filters several times during a 17 day trip I only had to clean this one a couple times! I had a lot of wind during my trip to the Low Countries. It really repels the dust and the other nasties that crud up filters. I'll bite the bullet and buy more of these.

Bought this for my Sony G f2.8 24-70mm lens. High quality anti static UV filter repels much of the dust and pollen I usually see on filters/lenses without it.

So far I’m impressed with the quality of the cover and the way it feels just screwing in. It doesn’t affect the quality of my photos and does its job well.
