Part of a group of ink that we have to get for our printer. The printer and the ink are easy enough to use, but the ink cartridges run out quickly and they are expensive to replace

You no longer carry my HP 02 black ink cartridge in store, so it was ordered from in store online. When received, the expiration date was August, 2017. Not satisfactory... didn't want it expiring before I used it or while I was using it. When I finally took it back to the store, I was a day short of your return policy which I was not aware of and could not get a cc return but had to get a store credit. Very disappointed!

These work fine but don't last very long. I've gotten tired of constantly replacing ink and recently went with a laser printer instead.

HP is really ripping off their customers with these cartridges.5 cents worth of ink and 15 cents worth of plastic. I'm going with a laser next time.

Only reason why this rating is not higher is due to the cost of the ink vs. the lifetime / amount of ink.

Good product but not great. It does what it's supposed to do, but it seems to run out rather quickly.

What can I say? It's ink. It does the job. Price is fair with Best Buy rewards discount

I purchased ink online and received a product with an expired date. Printer seems to be working ok for now, but it complains that the ink is old and it could compromise the printer. I always check expiration dates when purchasing in store and expected Best Buy online to do the same, but I guess I was wrong.

I use this product because it is recommended for my HP printer. It does an adequate job.

I wish my ink actually lasted beyond 2 weeks. I think I need to buy a new printer.

I run out of ink very frequently so I'm having to buy this constantly.

I ordered and received my black ink for my printer and before I opened it I checked the expiration date. It was April 2018!! Had to make a trip to Best Buy for a refund. Always check the expiration dates!

Have to have ink for printer. Not much to say about black ink.

Black ink expires and once the expiration date passes it doesn’t work anymore even though there might be plenty of ink still in it. But until then it works fine

Best Buy is not replenishing their supply of ink cartridges for HP C5180 printers so they are getting rid of all their old expired ink. Buy at your own risk.

Yes I like HP printers, but they Really get you on the cartridges. These cartridges tend to cover a small number of pages, and it is expensive to replace them frequently. And also some of the color cartridges expire and the printer does not like using them past the expiration date even if they were perfectly fine. HP has quite a racket going here and they have me at their mercy at this point.
