messy when taken out and stored for recycling it can leave ink on bags and containers

Although the package hadn’t been opened, the cartridge is old and past the expiration date and my printer keeps giving me an error message every time I print.

brought this ink and it leaked all inside of my printer causing it to break. I had to purchase a new printer after all the problem from this ink.

The ink was black, just as the package indicated. I was amazed.

Normally I purchase the multicolor value pack that includes the black ink. However, since most of my printing is in black and white I have used up the black ink and have several of the other colors cartridges left over. So I purchased this single black cartridge to hopefully get me thru using up the other colors. I know the value packs hold less ink, but how much? I think it is still a better deal to purchase the multicolor value pack (with photo paper) most of the time and then purchase one of these black "full" cartridges once in awhile to get caught up using the other colors.

I just recently purchased 4 ink refills for my HP printer. I know purchasing HP ink is a little higher than having it refilled somewhere or buying a generic refill, but with HP you are guaranteed excellent results, no matter what you are printing. And at Best Buy, I can always expect to get great customer service and can always find the ink color I need in stock. I don't shop anywhere else for my printer ink supplies.

This hp cartridge is large enough for a lot of use and is easy to install.

Product is high quality print cartridge. It is easy to remove and install.

I think product is great because it is simple to put into the printer! And I like it that it comes in so many different colors!

Good ink but I had to go back and get this ink separately since its not sold in the multipack. Other than that, it's good.

We ran out of ink in our new printer so we had to purchase new and Best Buy had what we needed.

this ink works fine and no problems in my hp printer and it fits fine with no problems.

only use true hp inlk itll last longer and not smear like generic ink

Overall good ink cartridge. Always use H.P. cartridge with a H.P. printers.

don't have a lot of options for my printer, but the colors are true and the coverage is good. I do like how you really cannot goof up the cartridges when you replace them. They're designed to insert only one way. Great idea!

The best thing about this purchase was the free delivery and it was here in no time. For the price you have to pay for ink cartridges there should always be free delivery to you front door like I got with this one.

I have used other ink cartridges but and had trouble with them. I have never run into any trouble with this particular ink cartridge.

The ink works as it is supposed to work with the printer I have.
