Great chromebook. My only gripe is that the micro SD card sticks out a little bit when inserted. They should have designed it to rest inside a recessed slot.

Bought two of these for the kids for distance learning. They work well for remote learning. They are nothing special, but great for what I bought them for.

Excellent buy, for what we needed it does that and more, as long as you have good internet speed this laptop is fantastic. Only problem is printing is very difficult

Great purchase. Broke our other chromebook and this one allows you to install android apps. Couple dollars for games is a far cry better than 60 dollar switch games.

This ChromeBook freezes often, requiring the user to power off the unit and turn it back on. The integrated mouse is difficult to utilize and the cursor is often hard to "find" on the screen. By the time these issues compound to the point that the user realizes that a return is necessary, it is outside of Best Buy's tiny 15 day return policy. To add insult to injury, I just learned that Google will stop updating this unit in just under three years, likely rendering inoperable at that time. I wish that this info was disclosed on the Best Buy product website when I opted to purchass four of these units.

I purchased two of these chrome books for my children’s schooling. No issues, a little slow to log in, but that appears to be standard with Chrome Books

Love it. Very nice. My second time getting this computer. My son needs the touch screen, so this was perfect, yet affordable. Thanks best buy.

For the price the Chromebook is a great deal. I have tried adjusting the touch pad but just can’t quite give it a consistent touch.

While it took a little while to get use to, it does everything we need it to. Mainly connect to wifi, create word documents for church, and print.

The HP chromebook is a really good computer. I like the way it starts up really quickly. It takes nice pictures. I plan on using it when I travel. i would recommend it.

Was a great price. Also a big help with the crazy world today as my daughter goes back to school in a couple days. Gives me some peace of mind. Beautiful picture quality. Love it!!

HP has come up with a very affordable solution to basic online needs. I am just following a course and I can do most of the tasks I would with a normal laptop

For this price I love it. I don’t need to do a lot and I’m not computer savvy but it does what I need it to do. I would buy this laptop again it had to.

met expectations. ready to use out of the box. only thing that could have made it better is hdmi port but adapter solved that oversight on my part.
