    Initial setup and surfing the web were perfect. A few days later, I was unable to connect WiFi. Kept getting the response "bad password." Research the issue and discovered that this was a problem for the Chromebook. So I returned it.

    Charger stopped working. Laptop glitching. Warranty still open, but they won't take my computer and fix it without needing it for 2 weeks. I need my computer for school, I could use a rental one for the two weeks...

    Good for travel and light tasks. Not for long or heavy use. Still small to consider a 'laptop'. It's a bit bigger than tablet but with keyboard. Battery gets really hot to be on your lap. All n all is still good. Nothing special. Worth sale price not MSRP for sure.

    It is enough for google classroom. If you would like to do multi-people zoom meeting with classmates, it is a little bit slow with some lags. I guess it maybe because the CPU is not good. The worst part is that, the 32GB storage is way not enough, even not enough for updating the OS system. Poor design.
