    Good Chromebook for the money. Purchased for my Grandson for virtual schooling. Works as advertised and performance is OK for elementary school work. We use an external monitor as internal screen has only marginal resolution. Bought this one based on HP reputation and price.

    Got this for my son who is in 3rd grade. He has video calls with his teacher and the camera is great! He does all his assignments online and finds it very easy to work on. Definitely recommend if you are looking for a chromebook for your children to do school work it’s a great alternative from getting an expensive laptop!

    Smaller than I realized. I also want able to download the purchased Office package via the Best Buy site in time for my trip. Not certain why the BestBuy email didn’t match the website (kept saying I had no downloads). VERY annoying!!!! Was ready to return the system.

    Its a great price but If you are using for zoom the video quality is choppy and the receiving person hears you like a robot. the day day computer its great if you do not do video calls

    Second one I have purchased for the family. Transitioning from a laptop to a Chromebook, has been a tough adjustment, as many of the keys one is used to are not their. Otherwise, they seem to have been a good cost effect unit for those that just use the basics.

    It’s ok. It freezes at time and moves a little slow. Another issue that I see is that my son gets logged out a lot and I have to put the password in. We have other chrome books and that has never happened.

    Lacks touch screen, can be sluggish at times, overall great device though for $99 price point. I love that i don't have to worry about losing or breaking like i would a spendy laptop.

    good laptop for the low price, but it does not have touch screen and struggles to run more than 3 chrome tabs at once with such low memory, would probably work for kids to just watch YouTube on.
