    Bought this Chromebook for my daughter to use for school. When she tries to join her online classes on Google or Zoom, it acts as though she has no camera. We’ve spent hours trying all of the recommended fixes for this, including three factory resets. The camera will engage for about five minutes, then goes back to saying No Camera is Found. I’ve reached out to HP and haven’t gotten help yet. Even our IT person at school is at a loss for why this is happening. I am regretting buying an open box computer as it seems like it may be a hardware issue that wasn’t caught before resale.
