    Can't complain too much for the price paid, however a really big negative and the one that is glaringly noticeable is the contrast on this thing is absolutely atrocious. Everything else does what is needs to do, just be prepared for colors to appear heavily washed out.

    Absolute trash! Never ever buy HP Chromebook like this or any other, stick to ASUS. This product has lost its operating system twice in the last 10 days, will not even last a week in working condition. Best Buy backs out of any refund by laying blame on HP; HP does not have a customer service or refund/repair store within 500 miles of my location. Since there is minimal to no support between Best Buy and HP as a buyer you will get stuck with a non-working item and no place to return it to well within the usual manufacture's warranties.
