    Light weight and convenient. Touchpad was sticky even after changing settings. Purchased on 3/23/21 completely shut down on 4/18/21, not even a month of use.

    First, Best Buy was great--they took the machine back and gave me a full refund. The machine ran well enough for six days, then wouldn't turn on. That was that. An hour on HP tech support later, they determined it was a dud.

    It’s a decent laptop. But all-in-all it’s an android phone out into a laptop shell. You can’t even watch Hulu on it. If you want a laptop that can do everything an android can do then it’s the computer for you.

    I bought this for my 11 year old daughter and she complained that glitching and she could not play ROBLOX and would be good for watching videos, but not much else. Keyboard and mouse are very annoying. No Delete key and some other useless keys.
