Waste of money

Good for kids, not adults

Chromebook not a laptop

short battery

The battery life is incredibly short even after charging overnight it will only stay charged for about an hour. We struggle to get it to stay turned on even when plugged in. This is a huge disappointment as I expected a higher quality from HP and he needed a reliable chromebook for remote learning.

Experiences in trying to purchase computers

It's the four trips, total 200 miles to finally get refund for a 501/3c purchase for a church missionary outside of the U.S.A./ I thought I had heard everything until a service desk employee asked me if i carried proof that I was a member of the church. Your employees are so rigid it's almost impossible to discuss a situation.. I almost forgot, it took 40 minutes on my last trip to finally get the refund

Poor connections
