Got this as a backup. It’s very slow on the internet. Only use it in emergencies. Price was good for this though.

I bought it for the sole use of leading Zoom meetings. I did not realize that zoom would have to be used via the web browser and has VERY limited abilities such as sharing your screen but not able to utilize video. I am now just using this as my youtube laptop as I bought a new MacBook Pro. Even then, it's very slow and I should only open a few tabs at a time. This is not a workhorse of a laptop.

We bought two for the kids - one came that wouldn't power on. We exchanged it, got a new one... works great! No problem, stuff happens. The other one worked fine until it was time to start video chats. Guess who also got one with a disconnected camera? Yep, and we only realized it when school started. Too late to return. This stinks. Buyer beware - test everything first. When it works, it works pretty well.

I purchased this because we needed a laptop while doing home schooling that my son could access the classes as I teach him from mine. I would have never bought this if not for that. The screen is small the speed is slow. I knew it would be small and a little slower but it really is so slow! It was on sale but I would not pay full price for this!

Pretty basic laptop. Good for internet browsing, but not much else. Doesn't allow you to right click.

It was a purchase I hoped would serve for online school, but apparently the websites would not completely be accessible.

Bought this for online schooling. Enjoyed using the camera the two times we used it for zooms. Then it stopped working. Tried a factory reset and still doesn't work. So don't expect this camera to work for long and also expect hassel trying to fix it. Very disappointed with that. When I looked up solutions it looks as if others have also had this problem. Live and learn I guess.

print is way too small keys too flat never really shuts off when closed no minor manual for instructions at all Best Buys free 6 month trial of Antivurus protection is not able to download on Chromebook. So, nothing free from Best Buy on this, but it took 5 tech people to finally get an answer on this.

Bought this for my son. He seemed to struggle with downloads and the operation of this chrome book.

Poor graphics and refresh rate... Not the best processor I guess but overall it's good if used lightly

I was super disappointed and should have done my research before buying. It runs super slow. You can’t do a bunch of things with it because it’s a chrome book. I had to buy an attachment just for my cricut to hook up to it. I couldn’t reset my son’s iPad because it’s a chrome book and you can’t download iTunes. If it’s not google, you can’t do it. Super disappointed.

The operating system crashed two weeks after purchase. Cost to repair was more than the cost of the Chrome Book. I only used it to check email once a day. Very disappointed in the product Zero stars Best Buy gets 5 stars for allowing me to return it for a full refund.

Take note: This Chromebook expires in 2024! The HP team say it expires in 2026 in the questions section, but that is not correct. I purchased it and the machine says it expires in 2024. HP team has since confirmed this to be true.

This Chromebook is just ok. The physical build is as expected, but the computer is very slow when browsing the web. I previously had an Acer Chrombook Spin, and it was a much faster computer for the ~5 years before it died on me. I would recommend spending a bit more money to get a much faster computing experience.

I do not recommend this product for anyone. Originally, I purchased the laptop on March 24 and 15 days later it stopped operating. I exchanged the laptop thinking it was just a mishap, but the exact same occurrence happened 17 days from the exchange. I have had very good experiences with HP products, but it was first Chromebook experience.
