I did not like having a google chrome operating system. I did not like how the settings looked. Everything was displayed as if it was an android tablet. There was no taskbar or home screen. It’s good if you want to sync your things to google, but I returned it after three days of owning it.

Not good

It doesn't have it where you can obtain STEAM GAMING SYSTEM on this computer. A let down for him thank GOD his old computer still works. So he goes back and for between the two. Do not buy good for only surfing and simple simple equations. Be blessed

Returned it was too slow

It froze up trying to load web pages and we tried connecting to three different internet hotspots with the same results so we had to return. The people at Best Buy still insisted it was the internet even though we tried several places.

Be wear of open box deals

It didn't come with a charger and half the keys on the keyboard dont work. Pretty dissatisfied with all my recent dealing with best buy computers ill never be back here for a computer again
