This laptop is good for basic internet use and Zoom calls. However I have experienced dropped connections while on WiFi , when other devices in the same room did not. Also the touchscreen hasn’t worked ever. You get what you pay for basically.

It was great when it lasted but since has stopped working before the year mark. Both of my children as well as myself used this device to do minor things. Im not happy about it.

Ended up returning this laptop a week later for a couple of reasons. First of all quite a few keys on the left side of the keyboard locked up on me, I wasn't aware that Windows was not available on this particular laptop so that was a bummer and the size was much smaller than I anticipated. I plan to replace it after the holiday seasons when I can go in and get a little personal time to make a better choice.

Bought this computer on sale and it broke within a month. Had Geek squad protection on it and they told me it was too much to fix so they gave a refund. Refund did not include geek squad protection amount and they refused to replace computer with the exact same I had bought. That computer is now $200.00 more than what I purchased it for. Now I am stuck with a Best Buy gift card and no computer because they refuse to fix it.

could not connect to my internet right out of the box had to jump through all kinds of pages and still couldn't connect. took it back and got another computer.

After about 1.5 months, the camera stopped working properly. Now half of the image is blurry. I will be contacting customer service on this. Otherwise, the machine does what it needs to do for the price paid.

I bought this for my son to do Virtual School. I was always present when he used it. I plugged it in one night and the next morning when I opened it the screen was messed up. So I got less than one month of use before the screen needed replaced. It was not dropped or bumped. There are no dings or scratches on the screen at all.

It turned on when I plugged in the power cord and turned off by the switch. The next day it finally turned on after a few tries by the switch and then off later but would not turn on again. After several unsuccessful tries to turn it on I called to have it returned and received a refund.

Poor sound. The touchpad for the mouse is very hard to move. Very poor battery life. A two-hour movie will drain it dry. Clarity is what expected for the price.

Had Problems with the unit turning restarting or turning off on its own from rhe start. Didn't realize what was going on.

Key falling off keypad...no "n" not good. Ofcoyrse it's been 2 months so the went that...second time key has fallen off

This is a Google product tied entirely to Google services. I have tried to upgrade to Linux and it seems to be almost impossible to break Google's stranglehold on it. I'll keep trying just for the challenge but as a laptop this is a failure as it only works with a constant internet connection. The apps available for download do not work - more so if you dare use an adblocker. Yes... shoving advertising in your face is how Google makes this so cheap.

Overall great for surfing the internet. Great purchase for the price would not recomend for younger kids and adults. Great for general use.

This labtop was by far the worst purchase! The screen display is very cloudy, but also it freezes non stop!!! It was purchased for my child to be able to do remote learning from home, however it did not work. I called to return item and was lied to that my window closed when it did not. Now I am stuck with a dust collector.

Chromebook is a great size and works well but since purchasing (it's pretty much brand new), the camera is already glitching and a direction key has broken. Not good.

The computer is a good computer but something was wrong with it so I had to return it I will turn it on and it would turn off by itself definitely get another one

In general it is an ok chrome book laptop. The speakers are very week and not of good quality. But it seems it is good for the price

waste of money! Got it for our teen for college at Christmas and it didn't even last two months. Screen doesn't work so its basically trash since it cost more to fix it than we paid for it. Had it in our car inside her school bag. Worked one minute then got it back out to work on school again and then it was broke. Had not even left the car, nor dropped or anything.

It is a great little laptop if you don't have a phone and you're ONLY creating word documents. It pretty much doesn't do anything else except charge quickly. Think if you had an eight Tracfone, only you couldn't use it as a phone. This is about what you're getting. Save up the extra money and buy a legitimate laptop. I got this for very light school work and telework and I'm pretty much falling behind work-wise given the issues I've had opening most applications.

Most of the letters on the keyboard stopped working almost immediately. It seemed like it was going to be a great computer while it lasted.
