Last week, not even four months later, it would not charge. Tried charging it again today and again it would not charge, but this time the battery got so hot you could smell burning plastic. 20 minutes later, still burning hot to the touch. Currently have it sitting on my driveway so it doesn't burn my house down!

Device had severe start and shutdown issues within a few months. We sent in for repairs and those issues returned. Chromebook gets extremely hot! I would say it's a fire hazard too! Called HP and was told it would be 49 dollars to repair since the first repair warranty is only for 3 months. Buyer beware!

They will not even off the recovery disk that use to come with every computer. I would not recommend Acer to anyone. Stick with the better brands.

This cartridge did not fit the printer, but another of the same model did. If they were two different cartridge models, the one you first tried might not be compatible. Rejection errors often occur because the cartridge is not fully secured in the holder. If the cartridge tag is not read correctly by the printer, it will not print. Turning off the printer sometimes works to register the cartridge. Otherwise, I suggest you consider a return.
