I can't hook my Nikon L840 up to down load photos , and my photo shop can not be used. It is only a larger version of my tablet. Would return and pay up charge for an 'actual' laptop , but they won't allow it.

Right after the return policy of 14 days. I was never told that I had such little time to return or exchange my purchase. I will never buy anything from beat buy again!!!

I could not use Microsoft word, adobe flash player and video chat on it. We could only go to websites and search the web only. Don’t waste your time and money. Just pay more for a regular PC. I returned them both.

I bought this for my son’s online school, zoom only worked for one week. After that I could not download zoom any more. I am definitely putting it in the garbage.
