My kindergarten daughter needed a laptop for zoom meetings for school. When it arrived on a Tuesday, she kept asking for help to fix the computer because the screen kept changing and she couldn't find the tab with her meeting. I'm thinking she is playing around and touching stuff and accidentally switching screens. Wednesday and Thursday the laptop keeps turning off and I have to keep entering my password to log her back on. Put it away for the weekend. Monday comes and the laptop screen shuts off but I see the camera light still lit. I'm trying to do a hard shut down, but it wouldn't even shut down. It took way too long, but I eventually got it to shut down. Turned it back on just to do a factory reset. It's going back to the store. Barely owned it one week. I chose this laptop because it has generally good reviews, but after having these problems I went and checked the one star reviews. The things people complained about in the one star reviews were my exact same complaints. I usually don't have issues with products, but for the few of us who had issues with this laptop shutting down, this is really annoying and frustrating.
