It’s now Oct 7th and the chromebook will not charge. I’ve tried hard reset, verified outlet was working, tried another charger. Contacted HP as it is still under warranty, but haven’t heard back yet. It’s not an expensive chromebook, but I expected it to last at least 12 months.

I sent to HP just got email stating it’s accidental damage and it’s not covered under warranty . I didn’t do anything it the charging port damage . The want over $300 to fix something I purchase for $200 . Stay away from this chrome book.

Not a good computer at all. Idk if we got a bad one or if all of them are like this. Until i know its getting a 1 star review

After the whole thing basically was opening. I could see the tech inside! Do not buy this unless you want your laptop to break in half.
