works great, Like this laptop, easy to use,never work with chromebook, before,very fast,love it!!

Just right for our shool's fifth grade requirement. It had to be a Chromebook, which was new to us. There was a little trouble with google profiles, but figured it out. The device seems like it will work well. My daughter loves it. You probably need the wireless mouse to buy separately. You might consider an SD card to supplement the storage. No issues so far.

I was unaware that chrome books came without windows, so I returned it. Other than that windows issue, this chrome book was efficient and easy to use.. I bought it for my hubby who is not tech savvy at all, but he managed to learned to use it quick with very little assistance. Unfortunately, he needs a windows operating system for his dj equipment.

Overall my experience is positive, especially for the price. Standby batter life is fantastic, it loses about a % a day. Web browsing and writing work well, and the keyboard feels nice. The touch pad is a bit clunky, the top requires more force to register a click. Some actions take a bit of time such as launching play store for the first time and updating apps.

Great for on the go! Light weight. Large enough to get necessary work done or for entertainment.

You should know what a Chromebook can do and not before purchase. But I love it. I have a Mac and a PC because I need to run some programs. But Chromebook does almost everything you need. It can Zoom. It has its own programs. It opens fast and works fast. Unless you are someone who needs access and use of total computer programs, get this. It does everything normal users need and it also has substitute programs. I use Go to my Pc. But Chromebook has Remote Desktop.

Wanted a chromebook just to "test the waters" and see if I liked it. This unit was $100 off regular price so I bought it and not sorry I did. Admittedly it takes a little getting used to but not difficult at all. Good solid little computer, responsive and powers on very quick. Instantly recognizes any device I plug into it. Bought a Logitech 310 wireless mouse for it about a week later. I now do most of my work on this thing.

Great price for an HP Chromebook works good exactly what I was looking for.

The HP 11.6" Chromebook delivers exactly as advertised, zippy internet access and lightning quick boot times, robust battery life, and a "no frills" exterior for an economical price. If all you want is an internet browsing and webmail machine, this product is perfect. I also had great help from the Best Buy in-store sales expert, Noah C. He went above and beyond to make sure I was finding the right product for my needs.

I was apprehensive about buying this because of its size, but the price was too good to pass up. All I was looking for was a basic laptop that could connect to the internet to take phone calls for a nonprofit fundraiser. And it performed spectacularly. Connected instantly with my headset and was plenty fast in performing the functions I needed it to. Plus I use Chrome all the time, so I was right at home.

Bought this for our 6 year old for virtual learning. Price is right, size is great for him. No complaints at all.
