I bought this item for my nephew for school and it's perfect for a 11 year old,he's able to zoom in with his teacher and get his work done, love it. I recommend it to a friend and she had me buy her one for her niece.

My daughter was thrilled with this computer! The set up was instant and because it was Google chrome all her class info was easily accessible. Very easy to use and she is excited to see all that she can do with it.

Just the right size. When I saw this laptop online at Best Buy, I knew it would be perfect for my husband. He was complaining his old laptop was too heavy and hard to get open. So this little chromebook was perfect.

Purchased this laptop to get me kid started on virtual school. It is the perfect size. Arrived on time. Good Price. Arrived well packaged and works just as needed. Would definitely recommend as a first laptop for a 1st grader.

I purchased this laptop for my fiance' who is a senior. He had no prior experience on a computers. The Geek Squad helped set it up for him and now he's operating it a little better each day. I really like this chrome book.

Great chromebook as far as value. Just don't expect a 1080p or 4k screen or specs that you'd find on a much more expensive device. Glad to see chrombooks now have USB-C ports, unlike the ones of yesteryear.

Bought this for my 13 year old to use in Middle School. Exceeds expectations, good value for the price. All Google chromebooks were backordered, found this instead, and it worked great!

I got this for my daughter as a supplement for home schooling. She has a school issued chrome book but the darn thing always has a issue. This one has been reliable and works flawlessly. No more stressed baby girl!

The screen is not the best and neither was the sound but for $99 its not bad. I would recommend this device for only 2 things. 1. Browsing the internet & 2. Emails

I purchased this for my son to use at school. He is happy with it. I’ve used it as well. Had very low expectations yet it does everything needed. Glad I didn’t spend more. I was very close to buying him a laptop for $800.

I really like the simplicity of this chromebook my only issue is that I can't get an external SD card reader to work..probably have to call geek squad for help..bit for daily tasks..its great..just the right size

My son’s school chromebook stopped working but they are doing remote learning do no idea when it could be fixed. Ordered in the am and it was available for pickup in 2 hours so he didn’t miss a lot of assignments.

Good for BASIC functions. I bought this strictly to stream video (YouTube, Netflix, etc) and if there are more than a few tabs open, on the highest residential bandwidth available, there are still slight buffering/glitchy playback issues. I got this bc a firestick/roku doesn't have the versitility of a laptop, but just for streaming video I didn't need a fully functional computer, chromebook seemed perfect. This isn't even the cheapest option and streaming video with one application open is a struggle. It definitely works, but I shouldn't have to worry about issues with such basic issues with ANY product in 2021

It was just what I needed for my school. I got it sooner than I expected. It seems to be performing well so far. We needed Chrome Books for our students. The store was out of what I needed but restocked them quickly.

This product was worth the price and is faster than my other laptop for the most part. My only concerns are with start up. I haven't found a way around having to type my password in everytime I log on.

This chrome book was a very good value. It does all the things that I need it to do. It does not do all that a computer does, but for the price, I am very pleased. I would recommend for students or seniors like me.

The Chromebook was a great value. It’s easy to use and has features that allow me to work efficiently. I’ve always appreciated the excellent customer service I receive in the store.

Bought as a Christmas gift for my daughter. Got a great price as usual with Best Buy! Easy to set up & she said it is the perfect size for laying around watching movies & traveling. She is very happy with it.

Laptop is lightweight with quick startup and solid graphics. Provides portability for people on the go and applications and software are a breeze to add; without worrying about memory.

I'm not a fan of hp computers but this little chromebook is working brilliantly. It's pretty fast and meets all my needs. It streams, I'm able to do my work and surf the internet just fine. I really like it so far.
